Shipping Policy

Next Day Shipping requires cutting board/charcuterie board orders to be received before 3pm MST time to ship out next business day

All orders received after 3pm MST time will be logged as received the following business day.

Example 1: New order or bulk order fulfillment is submitted 4:30 pm MST on Tuesday. Order will be acknowledged as received Wednesday and shipped out Thursday. Typically, the courier is going to deliver in 2-3 business days for Greater Victoria 

Example 2: If you place an order Friday after 3pm MST, Saturday, or Sunday. Order is acknowledged Monday morning and will be shipped out Tuesday. And delivered by the courier as per their delivery schedule. Approx. 2-3 days for Greater Victoria

All orders are now shipping from Edmonton Alberta.

We don’t offer same day shipping. If you have a rush last minute order, contact us directly.

Free shipping included for major cities. Some remote, small towns, or less serviced locations may incur additional shipping charges.

RG Custom Woodworking cannot control the delivery schedule once the package has been picked up by the courier from our shop. Tracking numbers are provided in order to check on the status of your package.
